You can also choose from either a
Tastes of the South Burnett Winery Tour or a
Bunya Experience Bunya Mountains Tour to turn your holiday into an unforgettable weekend.
- Our South Burnett Winery Tour is an all-day affair that leaves from the Kingaroy Holiday Park at 9:45am. You'll start with a visit the multi-award winning Kingaroy Cheese factory and then move on up to Moffatdale to sip your way through 3 wineries. Then it's back to Kingaroy for a long lazy lunch at the award-winning Captain's Paddock Vineyard & Cafe and more wine tastings, followed by an afternoon tasting session at the award-winning Cranes Winery before returning to the Kingaroy Holiday Park for afternoon tea at around 4:00pm. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is included.
- Alternately, our Bunya Mountains Tour departs at 9:15am and the first stop is Belvedere Farm* where you can get to experience a working peanut farm first hand. Bevedere Farm owner Malcolm Schmocker will spend time explaining the whole process (very entertaining) and provide morning tea. Then you'll travel up to the tranquility of the Bunya Mountains where you'll be amazed by the sheer size of the Bunya pines and be able to take a stroll along some of the many beautiful walking trails. Lunch is prepared while you take in the scenery or visit the Gallery. Then (after lunch) why not treat yourself to an icecream at the Cafe? The abundant Bunya Mountains wildlife may even come to join you! This tour returns to the Kingaroy Holiday Park at around 3:30pm.

Note: Farm Tours are not always available due to seasonal factors. If this is the case, you'll be able to enjoy extra time and morning tea at the beautiful Bunya Mountains instead.
